1. Scope

For all orders placed through our online shop, the following general conditions of sale apply.

Conditions other than these are not recognized, unless we expressly and in writing consent to their application.

2. Contractual counterparty, formation of the contract

The purchase contract is stipulated with Alipinta Creazioni.

By placing products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. Using the correction tools provided and described in the ordering process, the user can then non-bindingly place the products in the shopping cart and correct his data at any time before sending the binding order. By pressing the purchase button, the contract becomes valid from the moment the offer for the goods contained in the cart is accepted. Immediately after sending the order, the user receives a further confirmation email.

3. Language of the contract, archiving of the contract text

The language available to conclude the contract is "Italian".

The text of the contract is saved and the user receives the order data and our general conditions of sale by email. You can view and download the general conditions of sale located on this page at any time. By logging in, you can view your previous orders.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are free for the metropolitan area of the city of Cagliari, they cost €5.00 for the rest of the Italian territory and €25.00 for shipments abroad.

The possibility of collecting the goods at our office is in no way foreseen.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are offered in our shop:

Credit cards, Pay Pal, bank transfer. In interest-free installments via Klarna. Mark on request.

Bank transfer. If the user chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, we will communicate our bank details during the order confirmation and the goods will be shipped only after the credit has been credited.

Pay Pal. If PayPal is chosen as the payment system, after sending the order the user will be transferred to the PayPal website (online payment company). In order to be able to pay the invoice amount with PayPal, the user must be registered or registered for the first time, authenticate himself with his access data and confirm the payment order to us. After sending the order we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The user will receive other information in the order process following which the payment transaction is automatically carried out via Pay Pal.

Credit card. By sending the order, the user also sends us the data of his credit card. Following a user's order, we verify that he is the legitimate credit card holder and contact the credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is performed by the credit card company automatically debiting the amount on the same credit card.

6. Transport damage

If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure by consumers to complain or contact them does not in any way affect the rights they are entitled to and their application, nor the guarantee of conformity. Consumer communications or complaints can help us support our claims against carriers and/or freight insurance.

8. ODR platform for online dispute resolution
