Right of withdrawal
From delivery of your order, you have 14 days to request a return, whatever the reason. You can return by courier.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.
Within 14 days of delivery of the order you can request a return. The procedure is simple and fast and the service is totally free.
To proceed with the return and obtain a refund, write an email to info@alipinta.it within 14 days of receiving the order with the following indication:
- name surname
- order number
- order's date
- object of the return
- reason for the return
Once we have received the return request, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions for proceeding.
The package will be collected by the courier that we will send you and it will be your responsibility to find you in the place indicated for collection.
Remember that if you want to use a different courier, the cost of shipping will be at your expense. We advise you to choose a traceable delivery service, so that you can follow your shipment at all times.
Once the package has been received, it will be taken over by our Quality Control Office which will verify the conformity of the return. In the event of a positive outcome, after a few days you will receive a confirmation email with the reimbursement arrangement.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alipinta creations by Elisabetta Dettori, via De Magistris 23 - 09123 Cagliari (CA) - info@alipinta.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example: letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from offered to us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods covered by the withdrawal or until the buyer - consumer has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. Please return the goods or deliver them to Alipinta creations by Elisabetta Dettori, via De Magistris 23 - 09123 Cagliari (CA) - info@alipinta.it, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notified us your withdrawal from this contract. The term is considered respected if the buyer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period in question. The costs of returning the goods will be at our expense. The buyer will be held responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
